Introducing Rayah

On September 2nd, Roger and I welcomed our daughter, Rayah, into our family.
At birth, she was 7 pounds, 15 ounces and 20.5 inches long. Don't let her size fool you, though - she was nearly four weeks early!
I'm working on her birth story, but in the meantime we're enjoying all her little coos, the funny little faces she makes, and getting to spend time with our sweet child as she explores her new world. As we suspected we would be, we're totally smitten.

It's about stinking time! And looking at that sweet face and soft hair I'm not sure how much longer I can avoid intruding upon you again and cuddling that sweet little babe!

She's so precious! I can't over those chubby cheeks -- adorable! She's got great lips too. I'm sure she'll get away with a lot over the next few years by showing you that bottom lip. lol

Congratulations! She's gorgeous, and look at that hair! I think my kids were two years old before either of them had that much hair. Love the name, too.
