Y'all knew it would happen sooner or later. More to come. Maybe. Or perhaps I'll go home tonight and forget all about this, since it obviously won't affect me to the same degree as Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's split. I still haven't quite recovered from that one.

All I have to say is OMG!!! And I feel so bad for those kids! But really, who in their right mind thought that they would stay together forever?

first jessica and nick, and then ryan and reese (which i found out about from nothing but bonfires, i think) and now this! is nothing sacred?
maybe it's because his cd did so poorly...she's embarrassed of him. i mean, i am defintely embarrassed of him and i don't even KNOW him.

I actually felt almost the same way as you did to Nick & Jessica, but not about Britney & K-Fed. That boy is... oh I really don't know what to say.

Ohhhh, I can't WAIT to see how fast K-Fed fades into obscurity. (Cue the big flushing sound.) If he wasn't such an arrogant ass I may be able to dredge up a bit of sympathy because baby, his life's gonna change Big Time.
Remember what happened to Carlos Leon? Yeah, me either...had to look it up. He's the dude that totally dropped off planet after impregnating and getting dumped by Madonna. Ouchie.

I was definitely upset about Nick and Jessica and ESPECIALLY Reese and Ryan.
My reaction to Britney and Kevin:
I hope this means we don't have to be subjected to his "music" or "performances" anymore. (After all, he won't have the money to put out albums, since Britney's the only one who supported him on that.)

Why does anyone give a crap about the private lives of celebrities? I just cannot figure it out. They are just people with jobs. Their jobs just happen to pay extremely well and be done in the public eye.

I thought the funniest thing about the divorce announcement was that it was actually the "breaking news" on cnn.com the other day. :)
The only break-up that ever truly made me sad was Demi and Bruce.
Meanwhile I'm sure that Justin Timberlake shakes his head and feels relieved that he got out before her downward spiral.
