He definitely drinks milk. But, also maybe some Dr Pepper.

June 16, 2006

While watching this video, I felt myself sitting up a little straighter and tightening my abs. I couldn't take my eyes off the screen, and even replayed it a few about thirty times. Each hour.

I distinctly remember thinking: "This is my new goal. To flip-flop across sidewalks and teeter across beams to get to the other side of the mall. I also want to shimmy down poles (fully clothed - get your mind out of the gutter) and be indestructable. And, movie gigs wouldn't hurt, either."

It's also obvious that his knees are not in the same condition as mine (though, note: they're getting better).

Watch with speakers on - the music totally makes a difference.

*shakes head in amazement*

It's totally hopeless. You have to start when you're like two years old. But how I wish I could!

That is so very cool. There is a new movie out that has a ton of that in it. It's a French film called District B13 and it's awesome. From the very beginning, it's all climbing over ledges and through windows and across buildings. He could have been it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that kid is not human. And his feet must be made of rubber or something. No one should be able to keep bouncing around like that. Crazy!

5

Um, yea, that's pretty bad ass.

6

I love the "call me" sign at the end. Do you think he was auditioning as a stunt double?

7

Oh man...I'm tired now.

8

these guys are amazing.. there is some Nasty videos of guys trying the same moves (jumping across buildings) and MISSING... OUCH!!

9

That Chinese woman looks like a man to me. How come you do not use the metric system?

Off topic:

Jes - tried to email you about some BlogHer 06 stuff (your info meme) and got a "mailbox full" bounce. Send me an email when it's o.k. to try again, and I will. Thanks!

That's pretty impressive. Fun to watch but probably not so fun to learn. I can't imagine all the workout that must go into performing such a stunt.

12

My knees hurt just looking at him. Wicked bad.

13

I can't watch because my internet is to slow! SNAP!

14

hm.

I can do that.

Ha!

Okay, maybe not... but then, I don't drink Dr. Pepper.

Who's my new boyfriend?
