My bottom was his canvas, and he painted a masterpiece.

Apparently, mouthfuls of water weren't all that I caught on Saturday. Tuesday, I
noticed two itchy ant bites on my right pelvic bone/hip. Wednesday, I noticed
two itchy, red welts on my right lower rib cage. Last night, I found fifteen
itchy, red welts on the left side of my bottom and thigh.
Irritated, in more ways than one, I drove to Tom Thumb. I marched directly to
the pharmacy counter, lifted my shirt to expose my ribcage, and said to the
pharmacist, "I have itchy red welts. They are spreading to other parts of my
body, but not spreading like a rash or covering more area when I scratch. I look
like I sat in an ant hill and my butt went numb while they were feasting."
I am now doped up on Benadryl and covered in Calamine lotion. When Roger came
home last night and saw my efforts to saturate myself in Calamine, he took pity
on me and helped.
While my body was contorting as I attempted to water ski last Saturday, I had no
idea that I would be repeating those movements to ensure full coverage of
Calamine.
Pictures can say it all. Or in this case, not much.
